I just used them last night to make chocolate doves for my daughter's baptism next Sunday. The doves came out really good. The material is hard enough to handle when pouring the chocolate but flexible enough when removing the doves once hard. I cleaned them by using warm water and soap. I also bought a different type of dove molding (thiner) and had to stop using it because all the doves broke when removing them. They were so thin that they broke in pieces.
