I had a fancy dinner & wanted to make pats of butter into roses. This candy mold worked perfect! I softened the butter, then pressed it into the mold, then chilled overnight. The rose shaped butter popped out with little effort & looked fabulous on the butter dish. Lots of compliments! a big impact for such a little cost. Thanks.
