I bought these to make chocolate candies for my son's 4th birthday. The theme was knights & castles & I thought little chocolate castles would be really cute favors. I bought Wilton melting chocolates. There were no instructions for the mold, but I figured I just poured the chocolate in, let it set & pop them out. The first batch crumbled, cracked and broke into pieces.The second batch, I used some non-stick spray, thinking that was the problem. They came out slightly easier, but now greasy. Who wants to eat grease covered chocolate? About half the chocolates were ok, and the other half, the detail was muddy.
